Today's sewing bit. A little bit.
I still can’t seem to get a grip on these short, short days. It doesn’t help to stay up all night, of course, which I’m doing right now. I have made a commitment to run a needle through some fabric every single day, and here is today’s little accomplishment. It’s a loving patch for a beloved sweater in a color we used to call Loden green, named after a distinctive cloth from Austria.
I’m so grateful for this sewing challenge; otherwise my biggest accomplishment for today is scrubbing the turkey pan with a fresh Brillo pad and only using one-forth of it. 🐔
